Job Description
     As a member of the product development team you will provide QA input
     and requirements into the design and development process. You will
     participate in the complete testing cycle, investigation of problems
     and verification of solutions.

     Responsibilities will include gray and black box testing, test
     automation. This individual must enjoy a fast growing, dynamic work
     environment, must be a self-starter and have interest in Software
     Quality Assurance

Requirements:
     "Do whatever it takes" attitude.
     3 years of QA experience
     Test Plan development and execution 
     Distributed systems or client/server software testing experience.
     Knowledge of one of the following databases: Oracle, SQL Server, 
     Sybase
     Good understanding of QA Process and Software lifecycle. 
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The following experience is a big plus:
     Automated testing (QA Partner/SILK) 
     JAVA, HTML knowledge. 
     Profiling, coverage, performance tools (Quantify/PureCoverage...)
