REQUIREMENTS: 
High School Diploma. Four to Six years of telecommunications field 
management experience. Experience with job costing/estimation as a 
contractor or sub-contractor. Good negotiation skills. Customer 
focused. Good written and oral communication skills. Bilingual 
candidates preferred.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Manages ACBS installation/maintenance service personnel. Insures 
quality service performance while meeting stated service margin profit 
objectives. Responsible for the quality assurance/performance of 
products/services sold by Ameritech but provided by vendors acting on 
behalf of Ameritech in a specific geographical area. Manages 
materials/inventory utilized to support the service area, manages the 
equipment environment compliance, and insures local code compliance and 
issuance of work permits. Insures accurate and timely billing and 
tracks repair/return of company/customer materials for service area. 
Has the authority to make all decisions regarding customer cutovers, 
management/technical escalation, overtime pay approval, and work force 
sizing based on activity and profitability. Has the authority to de-
certify, re-select third parties enlisted to support service area
