Minimum Qualifications:
� Two year of experience as a project manager utilizing MS Project and 
  MS Office
� Detailed understanding of the software life cycle including project 
  deliverables
� Two years experience as a software developer
� Team focused with a collaborative communication style
� College degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent, MBA a plus

Additional skills preferred but not required:
� Experience in managing production support staff
� Experience in defining management processes and software development 
  processes
� Telecommunications Experience (order entry, billing, provisioning or 
  mediation)
� Previous management of Object Oriented projects 
� C++, JAVA, CORBA
� Object Oriented Analysis and Design

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Project Manager needed to supervise phase three of a Y2K implementation 
project. Candidate will be required to oversee the activities of a 
five-person Y2K consulting test team (NOTE: Testing includes no legacy 
systems) and have the ability to support Y2K customer service efforts. 
Applicant must work well in a team environment, be results oriented and 
have superior people skills. Upon completion of the Y2K project, the 
candidate will be retained as a project manager for a telecom 
environment developing software based products. 

General Job Responsibilities:
� Originate and negotiate purchase orders
� Budget management
� Track project and team schedules using MS Project
� Y2K vendor management
� Work with all project teams to ensure coordination of efforts and 
  deliverables
