In config.h-dist, there is the following code:

| #define NO_COMMAS /**/
| #endif /* SUN_4_1

Note the missing "*/" on the last line.  I put a "#define NO_COMMAS"
immediately after it, and the define got eaten by cpp.  Put a */
in and all's well.
