I have been trying to put together the elm2 mailer.
Unfortunately there was an incomplete file in elm2.14.  The file
"return.c" had pieces missing.  This is also the case on the
distribution archieve at seismo.

Does anybody have this particular file.  Actually the title of
the routine is reply.c (I was wrong in the first paragraph).

There was a patch, but the patch did not have the correct routine
in it.

If anyone has it, could they send it to me by return arpa mail or
to seismo!mimsy!cp1!sarin!eric
