The README file that is included in the posting of the Squirrel
Mail Server Software version 3.1 says that the mail server
software can be retrieved from the NLUUG mail server <mail-server@nluug.nl>.

The kit 'mserv-3.1.tar.Z' on the NLUUG mail server contains the
same files that are in the comp.sources.misc posting. If you have
extracted this posting, there is no need to retrieve
mserv-3.1.tar.Z from the mail server.

Please do *NOT* retrieve 'userguide.ps.Z' from this mail server.
Retrieve 'mservusr.ps.Z' instead.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
