I'm not suggesting posters don't make the effort, but suppliers have
caused the problems have they not?

I try and mention a comp.sources.testers in every posting, but no one
bites - sigh.

There are a number of books around that focus on this problem.

I only know the authors to be:

Mark Horton, J. E. Lapin & Rochkind.

Presumably someone can give the titles/publisher details?
