As we see from the Noriega trial, I suppose the U.S. government could
invade Wales and Australia, kill a few hundred or thousand bystanders
and bring the poster of the code and the moderator of the group to
"justice" in USA.  So I suppose you are right, and even that the
poster and moderator are not U.S. citizens and not under the U.S.
juridiscation don't matter one iota to US law (enforcement).

I encourage people to practice sex between two consenting men more, as
it's enjoyable as sex in general.  So there, I broke Finnish law with
the previous sentence.  At least yet nobody dropped a hot stone on my
head, neither did I or Usenet cease to exist.  What's the point here?
