I am using xv version 2.21, from 4/29/92.  I am using xv under SunOS 4.1.2,
OpenWindows 3.0 and the olvwm window manager.  Each time xv displays
a picture, the location of the picture moves slightly down the screen.

I would like to know if there is some way that I could specify that
I want the window to stay in one place and not move.

Must be a bug in either OpenWin or the window manager (probably the latter)
because I have absolutely no problem with XV 2.21 under X11R5/(v)twm.
