I have written a bmptoppm program which can convert OS/2 and Microsoft
Windows .BMP files to PPM format.

I'm looking for people who would like to test it out.

NOTE: In order to compile bmptoppm you *must* have the libraries and
header files from the PBMPLUS package available, and you will probably
also have to have an ANSI C compilation system.

After I've gotten some feedback and I'm confident bmptoppm is stable,
I'll send a patch to Jef Poskanzer so he can add it to pbmplus
properly.
