The number is 192.76.25.2 if your site does not recognise
ftp.comlab.ox.ac.uk.

Whilst I am writing, I might point out that compressed files with the
".Z" suffix (e.g., "zed.sty.Z") can be retrieved in uncompressed form
directly by naming the file without the ".Z" suffix, at least from my
workstation (e.g., "get zed.sty").
