I am aware that there are four different styles to define semantics.
	operational
	denotational
	algebraic 
	axiomatic
Could anyone give some comments on the following questions:
	what is the relations among these semantics,
	what is the purpose of each, 
	any references on them
	what is semantics defined in the CSP book
