There is a tool for Process Modeling called Process Weaver.  It is produced by 
a company called Cap Gemini Sogeti in Grenoble France.

There is a tool done at University of Dortmund.  I dont recall the name but contact Wilhelm Schafer at wilhelm@udo.informatik.uni-dortmund.de and ask him
about this.  

Another commerical tool that is very expensive is Design CPN by Meta Software
in Cambridge Mass.  I dont have an address for that.
