Dear colleagues:

I was informed by our system administrator that anonymous ftp from

   ftp.cs.psu.edu

is only available, for sites other than Penn state, between 5PM
and 8AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We have added a European FTP site at the Zforum archives of PRG.

Their address is ftp.comlab.ox.ac.uk (192.76.25.2)

The files are in /pub/Zforum/ZED.

If you have not sent an enquiry to us, but copied the system
after seeing the announcement, please send us the name and
email address to zed-users-request@cs.psu.edu so that we can
maintain the list.

thanks
KT Narayana
