Sending the message "send z zbib.tex zbib.bib" to
<archive-server@prg.oxford.ac.uk> will return a comprehensive (long *)
list of Z references. BTW, the Hayes book is still available in the UK
the last time I checked.  Try contacting Blackwell's Bookshop, 50 Broad
Street, Oxford (tel +44-865-249111) if you desparately want a copy.
They will send books anywhere in the world.

You might also be interested in the September 1990 issue of IEEE
Software if you haven't already seen it.
