I prefer:
	#ifdef PUT_BUG_DESCRIPTION_HERE
 		// this code disabled because ...
 		...
 	#else
 		// alert! this is a temporary hack!!
 		hack(); hack(); hack();
	#endif

This way, I can toggle which code to use without editing the file.
