Just so everyone knows, I forwarded Christian's comments to the
C++ committee project editor, who said he would have a look
at the wording in that section.

This is a good time to find places in the draft that are unclear
(or just plain wrong, of course) so that they can be corrected.
This forum is a reasonable place to post such comments, since
it is read by quite a number of C++ committee members.
