I've taken the liberty of downloading, ungnuzipping, and untarring
the HTML version of the Draft ANSI/ISO Working Party Standard. Any
world wide web browser such as lynx, netscape, mosaic can access
it at our WWW server:
	http://www.csci.csusb.edu/dick/c++std/

Could a couple of other Webmasters make set up alternate sites?
The original wphtml.tar.gz file can be got from
	ftp://www.csci.csusb.edu/dick/c++std/wphtml.tar.gz
if you can't get it from
	ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/g++/wphtml.tar.gz

The file
	ftp://www.csci.csusb.edu/dick/c++std/wphtml.untar.sh
is helpful for extracting the HTML files from the wphtml.tar file
on UNIX.
