In lib.default.allocator in the September 95 C++ Draft Standard working paper the class allocator has allocator() and ~allocator() declared but i cannot find any references to their definition. can anyone tell me what they're supposed to do? Also why is init_page_size() in HP's default allocator but not in the allocator defined in the september working paper? how was it replaced? any responses would be greatly appeciated :) --- [ comp.std.c++ is moderated.
