Any utils to generate Frame/Winword docs from C++ .h files?

I'm about to write some utility programs to document my object models
(Class, Association, and Attribute Dictionaries; Subsystem
Descriptions, etc.) I plan on extracting this out of comments in .h
and .cpp using keywords. I'll format the output using macros from a
word processor keeping my design docs and code in sync. Any public
domain stuff out there that does something like this?
Thanks, Bill

Look for the "AUTODUCK"-utility which comes with the Microsoft Developer CD.
It generates *.hlp files.
