That's still not a public document, is it? I got an error when trying to access the URL. Is it available to the public via FTP? If not, who gets to read these things, and when will we mere mortals get to see a newer version than the ancient one of last April? -- Ciao, Paul D. DeRocco --- [ comp.std.c++ is moderated. The working paper is not secret, but by X3 policy is generally available
only to committee members. Anyone can join the committee, and
non-members can purchase a copy from X3.
A new public-comment version will be made available in a few months.
It will be announced here and in other forums.
