In the grammar of the ISO C++ draft, most production rules for lists are
written using left recursion. An exception is the rule for a
mem-initializer-list, for which right recursion is used:
mem-initializer-list:
mem-initializer
mem-initializer , mem-initializer-list
Why is right recursion used in this case?
