C PROGRAMS are difficult to analyse at the best of times

Does anyone know how to pass the address of an array of structs, to a scanf
statement without it returning a NULL pointer assignment. The array of structs
were passed to the procedure GET_INPUT and I figure it well may be something to
do with the fact that I've a floating point variable in the struct. Or I
suspect it maybe something to do with the address of the pointer....

Please can anyone help me? I am no novice to C but this one has really got me
buggered!

Waiting your reply
