I am working on cleaning up some C code. I am adding unistd.h and stdlib.h includes where necessary, etc. But there are still a number of OS system calls and functions which are not appearing in the headers on either Ultrix 4.2 , SunOS 4.1.2 or gcc 2.2.2. I assume they are SUPPOSED to be somewhere - but just where I haven't determined. For instance, the system() function or the tolower() function. Or the creat() system call. These are just some of the examples I have encountered. -- Larry W.
