I got the standard from ANSI, but it doesn't include the rationale. (I
was hoping I could beat the switch to the ISO, but I didn't.) The
sales people at ANSI don't know there's a difference. Is there an
underground source for the rationale -- or a magic incantation I can
use at ANSI?
