'Value.h' header needed for OS/2

I (a rank novice in C) am trying to compile a program written in C
(which has successfully been compiled on a Sun SparcStation under Unix)
under OS/2 (WARP) using IBM's FirstStep compiler.

I received an error message saying that the header 'value.h' called
for in the program with a #include statement cannot be found. Sure
enough, when I check the header files provided in FirstStep there is no
value.h.

Does anyone know where I might obtain this particular header file?
Is this the right forum for such a request?

    Any help appreciated.

                                       Bruce Erlichman
