hi, 
   I would like to write a small c code to check the video ram of my CL5429 VESA
card. I suspect I have some bad ram on it. Anyone know how I am able to read and
write the content of the video ram using c.

The method I have in mind is tread the video ram as normal ram and write data to
it and read it back and verify it.........is this a good method and how do I 
access the video ram....

any pointer would be appriciated..
