Intel's "C" compiler (help locating)

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the INTEL "C" compiler?
I have talked with Intel's technical support department and they said
that Intel no longer suppots their "C" compiler and will not release
it to the public even though they no longer wish to support it. I
need a copy (if even on a temp loan bases) so I can test out my
ICE51FX emulator. Intel's tech support says its my compilers debug
symbol table format that is the problem.

Any help appreciated,

Roy
