Hi, It's Thursday Afternoon, December 14, 1995 I need to build an application that allows me to catch random flying "sprites" over a nice window. It should allow my mouse to catch them and drag them to a box where they will be displayed. It should also be able to be paused and to record statistics on how many caught, etc. A "sprite" is a graphic that has transparent areas through which the background it is sitting on can be seen. I am new to the programming game and I would like to know if there are any books on this subject, if there is already code out there for this, and if so where, or if anybody can help me out with what libraries to include and so on. I am not quite sure where to start. Thanks in advance, Neil McCann neilmc@direct.ca
