We sometimes have the same problem with our product. When we deliver it to
a new country and these people are entitled to receive the development package
they can not find C7.0. When we asked Microsoft about this problem they told
us to give a copy of our C7.0 disks to the folks abroad and they then write to
MS to get a license. Of course they have to find a way to get the documentation
but there is enough cheap books around (the Microsoft C bible etc.).
