I need the source code (FORTRAN, PASCAL, C, PL/I) of a routine
for Linear Programming, i.e. the Simplex Method or one of it's
variants. What I want is a fast and well tested implementation.
The immediate need arises, now that a standard textbook version
appears to have various bugs and too little explanation to fix them.
