Oh, really? Unicode Standard Book says that "Only characters that
have the same abstract shape (occupy a single point on the Y-axis)
are potential candidates for unification." So I pointed out them
as bugs.

For example, U+4E89 is unifies the three characters below:
    53-89 of GB2312-80
	     ;,   ,
	   ,;'''';;'
	 ,;;,,,,;;,,;,
	'     ;;   ;;
	'''''';;''';;''
	  ,,,,;;,,,;;
	      ;;   '
	    '';'
    0x2265 of the 14th plane of CNS11643-1986
	    ,;,,,,,,
	  ,;'   ,;'
	'';,,,,;;,,,,,
	,,,,,,,;,,,,,;,,
	  ,,,,,;,,,,,;
	       ;
	     ','
    41-68 of JIS X 0208-1990
	    ,;,,,,,,
	  ,;'   ,;'
	'';,,,,;;,,,,,
	       ;     ;
	''''''';''''';''
	  ,,,,,;,,,,,;
	       ;
	     ,,;
and U+722D unifies the four characters below:
    53-89 of GB/T12345-90
	     ;,   ,
	   ,;'''';;'
	 ,;;,,,,;;,,;,
	'     ;;   ;;
	'''''';;''';;''
	  ,,,,;;,,,;;
	      ;;   '
	    '';'
    0x4E68 of the 1st plane of CNS11643-1986
	 ,,,,,,,,,,,''
	  ',  ',   ,'
	  ,,;,,,;,;,,
	,,,,,,,;,,,,;,,
	  ,,,,,;,,,,;
	       ;    '
	     ','
    60-27 of JIS X 0208-1990
	       ,,,,;'
	   ;''';,  ';,
	 ,;',,,,;,,,,''
	       ;    ;
	''''''';'''';'''
	   ,,,,;,,,,;
	       ;
	     ,,;
    78-19 of KS C 5601-1987
	    ,,,,'''';
	  ,'    ',   ',
	 ' ,,,,,,,,,,,
	        ;    ;
	 ''''''';'''';''
	   ,,,,,;,,,,;
	        ;
	      ,,;
Here I find that 53-89 of GB2312-80 and 53-89 of GB/T12345-90 have the
similar shape. Why are they distinguished? Isn't it really a bug?
