Some months ago, Yutaka Kataoka of Omron posted information
about the net location of a complete software product that
performed multilingual input/output under XWindows. This included
an extensive set of POSIX locale files.

I cannot remember the name of the package or where it
located. I seem to have lost the email that announced the
software. Since I don't remember the name the usual search
techniques are fruitless.
