Several individuals have asked me where one can obtain the X/Open Portability
Guide. Since interest is widespread, here are the ISBN numbers of the manuals.
You may go to your local book store, and order them.

Volume 1	ISBN 0-13-685835-X	XSI Commands and Utilities
Volume 2	ISBN 0-13-685843-0	XSI System Interface and Headers
Volume 3	ISBN 0-13-685850-3	XSI Supplementary Definitions
Volume 4	ISBN 0-13-685868-6	Programming Languages
Volume 5	ISBN 0-13-685876-7	Data management
Volume 6	ISBN 0-13-685884-8	Window Management
Volume 7	ISBN 0-13-685892-9	Networking Services

These books are quite expensive, so if you are interested only in
internationalisation, order volumes 1 through 3 only.

If, however, you order the entire set from Prentice Hall (FAX: 1-201-592-2785)
it will cost you $130.00 at $80.00 saving (each volume is priced $30.00).

X/Open publications are also available from UniForum (formerly /usr/group).
They accept phone orders with charge cards (MC, Visa, AMEX). UniForum
members get a 20% discount. UniForum's phone number is 408-986-8840

If you are interested in internationalization, you should also look
into participating in the UniForum internationalization working group.
