I presently have available, in ascii format, with absolutely atrocious
formatting (i.e., none to speak of), the following government documents:
* U. S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC)
Reusability Guidelines [~95K]
* ISEC Portability Guidelines [~93K]
* ISEC Army Institute for Research in Management Information,
Communications, and Computer Sciences (AIRMICS) Software
Reuse Guidelines [not quite ready ~100K]
I have received enough requests for them to warrant publishing them rather
e-mailing them. I will cut them into parts & publish them over the next
few days.
