Since I'm harping on this book in so many other topics...
Object Oriented Programming: An Evolutionary Approach - 2nd Ed.
Brad Cox and Andrew Novosibilski
ISBN: 0-201-54834-8
In this volume Cox elaborates on most of the concepts he originally
presented in his IEEE paper "The Coming Software Industrial Revolution".
I mention this because Cox seems to have a rather coherent description
schema (applied to Objective-C in this case, but generally viable), and
also seems to be actively addressing issues like "test criteria" and
"specification" encapsulation along with the objects themselves.
