There were some problems with the spice files (probably caused by the
built-in uuencode option in Spark). These appear to have been sorted out.
File size are: docs - 231K, nutmeg - 243K, sim - 265K.

New software:

dviview - by Paul Field. Description:
!DVIview (v0.90) - Allows the viewing and printing of TeX-generated DVI
files. Drawfiles may be included in the TeX document.
Requires RISC OS 3 and the fonts from !Preview (in the
                   TeX distribution).
                   Size 186K.

widgeapp - by Adam Goodfellow.
Description: Front end to MakeRFS, to allow easy changing of resources
in ResourceFS. Comes complete with 3d window templates
(both high and lo res.) and new 3d filer templates, and
will allow any new items to be added to ResourceFS easily.

wtools - an application to choose window borders under RO3.
backdrop - an application to choose backdrops under RO3. Size 320K.
Both supplied by Hugo. PLEASE NOTE - THESE ARE BOTH COMPRESSED
         TAR FILES.

replay_harrier1 - an example replay file showing a harrier jet, plus
                  associated software. Size 346K.

Contents, as provided by Roger Wilson:

arcfs#new_arc:$.allofit.!ARMovie

a cut down ARMovie resource directory. Basically it supports
all 8 sound formats, but can only play RGB format files (rather
than YUV as well) at between 1 to 8 bits per pixel on arbitary
pixel shape displays. It will complain about (say) not having
8yuv11 if asked to play a YUV format file in screen mode 28.
Each of the extra pixel map files is 128K so I cut it down as
far as possible!

arcfs#new_arc:$.allofit.!ARPlayer

a desktop player for ARMovie files: buttons to press, can start
anywhere in movies with keys (unlike Flypast2 - no keys in that
movie). Exactly as on the Replay CD.

arcfs#new_arc:$.allofit.!MultSound

a desktop multitasking sound only ARMovie file player. Plays
just the soundtrack, but multitasking while it is played.
Controls similar to !ARPlayer. Slightly more recent than the
version on the Replay CD.

arcfs#new_arc:$.allofit.Flypast2

14 seconds of "Practise for London Battle of Britain Flypast
taking place over RAF Wittering" filmed by Anglia television.
Full length versions of this with keys at 12.5 and 25 fps are
on the Replay CD "VideoClip Collection One".

THE WHOLE THING IS NEARLY 1.5 MEGABYTES, AND HAS BEEN SPLIT UP IN FOUR PARTS.
THE REMAINING PARTS WILL BE MOUNTED OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS, IN ORDER TO
PREVENT OVERLOAD ON THE SERVER.

---------- end of harrier description -----------------
