I've recently uploaded !Historian 0.16 to my site :

  http://www.argonet.co.uk/users/lenny/soft/index.html

Historian allows maintainance of Fresco's history list.  It can either be
used as a VIX module (for Voyager users), or as a standalone application.

Only minor changes in this version, though mainly to allow it to run with
RISC OS Select.
