You have not said which sites this with, but I have used the FTP alot
without any crashes. But some sites do set a time limit on access, so more
have access to the sites.

Never seen this problem. But I notice this message says it from a Stephen
Harrison, yet you sign as Kevin Pearcey!!

I have four users and have yet to send mail from the wrong user. I suspect
you have installed something wrong. Have you contacted ANT Support for help
on this problem?

Well I do, there is nothing really badly wrong with the software, News seems
a problem for some people, this seems to be the biggest problem and I am
sure ANT will look further into this.

ANT support is good and can be very fast. I just sent a message to support
about an error in the manual and received a reply whilst still on line 10
mins later on a Sunday.
