Unfortunately I sent a long descriptive e-mail about my horrendous,
unusable experience with news, only to be told on the phone that they want
it short and not to phone, let them respond to the e-mail.

Well, it was long to give as much detail as possible and to prevent the
standard response of 'can't help, need more details', and guess what, I'm
still waiting for a reply after a week.

I did send another e-mail yesterday and got a standard acknowledgement.
