I have found a problem setting up the network configuration.

As soon as I click on SET in the Network configuration window, I get an
error message 'Not open for update'.

I've tried copying over my original Choices.Internet files - including
Setup - but it gives the same error.

If I delete the existing Internet files and start from scratch it gives
the same error.

I have noticed that the Setup file is a text file with the new
configuration instead of Obey. Is this correct, and what should be the
access settings for it.
