Where about in Essex? I'm in Romford, though most of my kit comes from
Beebug in St. Albans. They should probably still be good for this. There
are a few Acorn dealers closer (a couple in Chelmsford, if memory serves,
though I can't remember exactly, and Pineapple in Ilford), but not all
dealers would still do this upgrade (IIRC it involved the removal and
replacement of the MEMC in a board with another like it so that the second
4MB could be seen, though I seem to remember that the 8MB limit was OS
inflicted more than hardware).
