Arm Switcher

Does anyone know anything about these Arm Switchers that have been
advertised in Acorn User/Archimedes World for a few months? Apparently they
allow two processor cards (eg 610 and SA) to be installed and switched
between.

Nobody seems to have mentioned them, well, not in the groups I read, and
they seem like quite a good idea to me. Am I missing something? Are they
worth buying to overcome some compatibility problems, or not?

I've got my SA, but I'm a little bit worried about getting it installing in
case half my software never works again...
