I am trying to pluck up the courage to install a Strongarm in
my old RiscPC 600, which I have already upgraded with RiscOS 3.6,
Arm710 card and RapIDE 32 card.
1/ What problems am I likely to hit.
2/ Anyone got any useful tips.
3/ I have seen mention of some strange problems with incompatible
motherboards and strongarms. At what point would I know I have a
satisfactory installation.
4/ Will I need upgrades for any of the following applications:-
Advance (V1.01) ArcScan (0.74)
Artworks Bank System (1.35)
DeskEdit (4.00) ImageFS (1.14)
ImpactPro (1.04) PCx86 (486 DX100)
Photoview (0.10) Printers (1.53)
Publisher (4.09) Shareholder (3.17)
StrongEd (4.15) Turbo Drivers (Canon & HP)
Voyager (1.14)
Anyone be so kind to E-mail any neccessary upgrades.
5/ Is there a Strongarm FAQ, and if so where ?
