 your pack there fax software never got off the ground and they stopped
 selling it/giving it to Argo Users.
 
 If you phone up and complain and quoute you said you they where going to
 sell you fax software with X Y and Z functions. They have no option but to
 buy you a copy of ARCFAX! Or offer money which is worth less than what
 ARCFAX retails at the money option when I calleed was �19.99 :-)
 
 This is same case for the Voicemail software: However this too has stopped
 being/sold and and given to argo users they making a deal with David to
 take
 over Voice software. Once David starts selling the updated Voice software
 Argo will purchase this for you. :-) However you can just demand now the
 price of �19.99 which it was selling at.
 
 (All the above only counts if when you subcribed to Argonet they offerd
 Voice/Fax software as part of the the suite: Many pepople do not realise
 they only just recently they stopped doing this have been doing this for
 nearly two years so lots of people are missing out on money/free software.
 If you have a 14.4 modem and they told you that software the software does
 not work if it was adverised as working they still must supply ArcFax
 which
 DOES work with 14.4 modems. )
 
 I'm not saying this to annoy Argo, but to make people realise what they
 are
 entilted to as many people subcribed over the time this software was
 offerd,
 and have not complained etc.... The number of complaints I beleive to be
 well under 20! Argos own Voice/Fax softwre stoped being devolped worked on
 14.4 users also: When they relaised it was not going to be profitable.
