Sometime back, I was given a recipe for what claimed to be a techie
way of seriously inconveniencing a spammer. You modify your "From:"
field to something like see.sig.for.real.addr@[127.0.0.-1]. Its a
loopback that returns the spam to the spammer.

Then  fix your sig to contain something like ..
real addr is graham (at) southlin (dot) demon (dot) co (dot) uk

Sigh - its a helluva faddle. Even this one (rare) posting will probably
restart the trash stream.
