Not, as before, AAAAARGHHO! It's been done again... or rather I have. Apologies one and all... I didn't look at or check the Newsgroups line above and so this is posted to at least two Usenet newsgroups... WHY? Cross-posting is, in it's own sweet way, spam... Leaving an article in the newsgroup where it originated is surely and usually a desirable and much better course of action? One needs to ask: Does everyone have to listen to me? Does anyone want to listen to me? Frequently the answer is a resounding "No!", on both counts. Best action... I guess for the most part... is not to crosspost! The world doesn't need to know... unless the comment is News of World Significance. General conversational items on spam do not fit into that category. Those that wish to subscribe to the more informative of the comp.sys.acorn.* will. Those who do not wish to subscribe, deserve to have their wishes psychoanalyz..err.. respected. Those who wish to be Argonauts and subscribe to the argonet.* groups will. Those who do not... will utilise other appendages... no doubt... ;))) Bill ZFC Follow ups set... this time... I think...
