[ Please trim the groups of any replies, thanks ] Because of my comprehensive failure to arrange this earlier in the year, despite interest, I'm trying again. I would like to invite any current/past RISC OS users or users of Acorn computers, as well as any former Acorn employees, and any ARM employees involved in the design of processors used in Acorn machines to a pub meet in Cambridge on Saturday 27th of November. The date is slightly arbitrary, because it happens to be convenient for me, but I can change it if there's discontent in the ranks. The suggest location is the Regal, on Regent street because that can hold the potentially largish numbers of people. The time will be from Middayish onwards, with a meal at some nearby location later on. I will confirm date/time/location in a week. I will also endeavour to have an item of ARM hardware to hand, which most of you won't have seen before, but may find interesting. Email me if you have any queries/objections/suggestions. -- Peter Naulls - peter@chocky.org | http://www.chocky.org/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unix Programs on RISC OS | http://www.chocky.org/unix/
