Internet 4 is the Acorn release version DCI4 stack as per the Acorn FTP
site. Internet 5 is the release version as per RiscOS 3.7 and the new boot
structure.

The former is downloadable with ease as an archive, as is a self-building
dearchiver. You can pull both down onto a PC and unpack them from a floppy
on the Acorn.

Go to http://www.acorn.com and follow the Support button.
