Downloaded it as chunks, used !SparkPlug to install it on the A3010, no probs. Ran it and configured it no probs. Dialled up Demon no probs. Web Browser - not enough memory. FTP - froze the machine (mouse moved on screen but no response to buttons). This was repeated 3 times, same effect each time, waiting up to 5 minutes for something to happen. Nothing did. Time - couldn't find server. Mail & News - not tried yet... I want to keep all my e-mail & news in one place for the time being. In short, only semi-successful. I'm encouraged by the fact I got slipdial running; shame about Frontend - it's a neat idea, but it's obviously using memory that the internet apps can't use, therefore it's a bit self-defeating IMHO. (Before the flames start, bear in mind I'm new to Acorns ;-) I'll try ArmTCP, as Kira suggested, and play around seeing what works and what doesn't :) btw, I really appreciate all the help, suggestions, and advice given by everyone thus far :) Thanks. Paul I joined my university's "Apathy Society". I was quickly thrown out for turning up to one of the meetings; they said I was shown too much interest.
